APARTMENT REVIEWS IN South Salt Lake

I moved in here in June and it has been wonderful. Nate the landlord has been extremely helpful and always easy to get ahold of. He has responded almost immediately to all of my questions and concerns. My stove stopped working the first week I was here and Nate had it assessed and replaced with in just a couple days. He also gave me a hot plate to use for the few hrs I didn’t have a stove. I haven’t had a landlord in a long time so it has been wonderful working with someone like Nate.

The manager was great to me. I like it!

A great place to live with a convenient location The apartment was spacious and it came with a free storage shed that was very handy for storing our extra belongings. There were always parking spaces available. The neighbors were friendly and we got along well with them. The landlord was flexible when working with us and we would recommend living here.

I have lived at Blair St apartments for the last year, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a spacious two bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom. It was recently updated with new carpet. The landlord responded in a timely manner to any questions or requests that I had. I have had several friends want to live here after seeing my apartment.

Very nice place to live A great location, school stores and parks are to close to the complex , beautiful neighborhood and friendly neighbors, I recommend this place a lots ♥️

Manager. Managing lots of rentals for about 15 years. This place does an application process, so mostly good people live here but, admittedly some bad ones get through that are still learning self responsibility. All that is asked is judge the place from your own perspective and not from someone who you know nothing about. Someone who maybe was evicted or not given a renewal notice, or didn't want to pay for their damages, or didn't want to follow their lease guidelines nor take on the consequences of their own actions. And this is their only way to get revenge. Do you really want to take advice from someone that is self focused like that? With those characteristics their statements are going to be exaggerated, stretched, slanted, and... frankly not true. Wish them all well and good luck with their new locations, and other communities around town they are in.
